We conducted a Product Management Workshop in Bangalore on 16th Apr, 2016 by me and fellow ThoughtWorker Sachin Sapre. There was a tremendous response with 18 attendees.

The agenda was very fast paced and aggressive. But we made it through all sessions on time.
Along with standard tools like Business Model Canvas, we used some ThoughtWorks innovations. This included the Brand Discovery Canvas created by Suganth Chellamuthu.
We used the Product Management Canvas fully this time. This is first time I shared the canvas within TW.
